As a member of CCMA, you enjoy:

• Unlimited attendance at all chapter meetings

• Receive both encouragment and support for your ministry of reaching and discipling children.

There are 2 ways to send in your Membership Form and dues.

1. You may print out the Membership Registration Form, fill out and mail in with your dues to the address listed on the form.

2. Use PayPal to submit your dues. Click on the appropriate membership PayPal option below to complete your payment first. Then, once directed back to this page, fill out the Membership Application below.

To be included in the CCMA directory, you must join or renew your membership by December 31st. Visitors are invited to attend one chapter meeting as our guest. For any additional meetings attended there is a $20 fee per meeting.
