BUILDING A BUDGET TO IMPACT

Frank Scotti is a seasoned senior executive whose career in business was developed in medium and large corporation environments over the past thirty years. He has first-hand experience in dealing with the business challenges impacting smaller privately-held companies as well as non-profit organizations. Frank is the senior consultant for Scotti and Associates, and specializes in revenue growth, profit improvement, strategic planning, leadership and management development, and business operations. He will lead us through crafting and selling a budget to help us accomplish our ministry objectives.

CPC CONFERENCE, SAN DIEGO

Join our CCMA chapter at the 2010 Children’s Pastor Conference. There will be some enlightening topics presented by engaging speakers. For more information, go to www.incm.org. Our leadership team has decided that the regular CCMA meeting scheduled for March 18 is cancelled since it along with the conference would require too much time away from our ministries.
